SEM/Feed
SEM/Feed creates data feeds for services such as Rakuten Ichiba and Rakuten Travel,
and links product information to third party advertising products such as Google's Product Listing Ads,
Facebook and Criteo. Since more than 100 million products are registered in Rakuten Ichiba, developing
data processing efficiently is vital. Using this system, we drive marketing activities and advertising
performance to increase the sales of Rakuten services.

Rakuten has four platforms for affiliate marketing with different targets and kinds of advertisers.
- ・Rakuten Affiliate: For advertisers who are clients using Rakuten Group services such as Rakuten
Ichiba.

A conversion tracking system made for Rakuten that is not restricted by 3rd party
cookies or IDFA. It can measure conversions at various levels such as product unit, brand unit, store
unit, etc. at Rakuten Ichiba. Recently, we have been working on optimizing ad delivery by linking
conversion information to third party ad products using the conversion API.
